Complete pre –trip preparation and post trip cleaning:

Let us take the hassle of organising the yacht for your voyage, we will prepare a full report on what equipment, food and fuel to be carried, if necessary organise the goods to be delivered and placed aboard before your arrival. Once you have successfully arrived back, we will be waiting to give your vessel a thorough clean and check, saving you 2-3 hours, so you can relax and enjoy the rest of your weekend or holidays.

Trip Itinerary Service:

We will take care of your passage plan, secondary port calculations and weather information, we can even email the plan over to you and the coastguard, keeping them informed of your movements for your safety. We are also happy to book marina berths in advance, and if required make reservations for dinner, the cinema or theatres!

Book a bridge lift:

Send an email through to us and we’ll speak to the bridge lift operators, this will save you time and ease your stress prior to departure.

Weather information service:

We are happy to provide you with detailed weather reports, over and above the met office reports. You can also call us on your journey to receive the latest weather reports, this can include cloud cover and the likely hood of rain, gales and wave heights.

Tidal information and secondary port guiding:

Call us before your departure or an hour or two before reaching your destination and we’ll assist with your secondary port calculations.

Marina Bookings:

We’ll be happy to call your chosen marina in advance, making sure there is a berth available for you and more importantly assistance in coming alongside should you be short handed aboard.

Year round or seasonal boat monitoring and reporting:

Leaving your yacht for long periods of time? We are happy to pop down to the marina and keep an eye on your investment, placing secondary lines to secure the yacht in gale conditions. We’ll also report to you via email on the condition of the vessel sending through video or photos.

Engine / Sail maintenance:

Through our partnered companies we’ll make sure your sails and engines are in good working order. Should you have a problem with your yacht outside of your home marina, we’ll quickly research the marina you’re visiting and arrange assistance to help you get under way again.

Recommendation of local eateries:

Going to a marina on the south coast? We’ll take the hassle from you and research your favourite cuisine, recommending to you a restaurant or public house.

Catering & Stocking:

We can stock your boat for you with your favourite food and drinks, so you are ready to jump on board and depart fully stocked! We have access to a number of supermarkets Asda, Tescos, Morrisons and Waitrose. For those who prefer organic produce, we have a choice of farmshops dotted around the Dorset countryside that can assist with fresh local meat and vegetables. Please note, if you are going to France you will not be allowed to take dairy products with you.

One of wash and polish:

We can provide a thorough wash and polish for your vessel on deck and down below. We have competitive prices so call us with your boat length for a free quotation and we’ll be happy to assist.

Teak power spray:

Off colour teak decks? We can pressure wash the decks so that your teak looks revived and young again.

Refuel:

If you’re finding it difficult to permanently refill your petrol and diesel tank, we can provide you with a professional refill service with minimal costs, saving you hassle and more time to relax.

Management of vessel lift out and scrub / antifoul:

Through partnered companies we can arrange and manage your annual lift out, scrub down and antifoul. We are also happy to provide you with detailed quotes for work to be carried out.

Confidence boosting trips across the channel (Power):

Always dreamed about crossing the channel in your vessel? With our professional skippers we can help and gain your confidence to cross the channel by your self. We can assist you on your first journey. You will then know your way and how to deal with the marina and harbour authorities whilst aboard.

Help to sell or buy a boat:

We can assist you with marketing your vessel and selling it on, whether you are no longer wanting to own a boat or you would like to upgrade to something bigger! We can also assist and advise you on buying a boat, we have helped to secure several purchases through hard negotiations, making sure you receive the best value for money and warranty aftersales service.
